

Angela Andrews Pifer, 53, of North Port, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday November 18, 2017 after an almost twelve year battle with stage four breast cancer. She was born October 12, 1964 in Abilene, Texas, and moved to Charlotte County when she was eight years old. Angela loved to create. Whether it was through her artistry, written word or family traditions- she will be remembered for her creativity and everything she did to make the little moments the big moments. She was brave, strong, determined, courageous, silly and full of selfless love. She touched so many lives through the way she handled her cancer battle and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her is better for it.
Angela will be greatly missed by her children, Justin Pifer, LaTrisha (Tommy) Sundquist and Skyelar Pifer; mother, Shirley Brown; siblings, Thomas McMann and Dale Andrews; children's father, Richard Pifer and wife, Ann Pifer; as well as aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, two cats, a dog, two turtles, and countless friends, all of whom adored her.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the New Day Christian Church in Port Charlotte, Florida, with burial to follow at Indian Springs Cemetery in Punta Gorda, Florida. Angela asked for no one to wear black; it is a celebration of an amazing life and a long fight.
