BEATRICE MARY BIGGS, 80 of Port Charlotte died November 16, 2010. She was born on January 29, 1930 in Somerville, NJ and came to this area in 1985 from there. She was a Nurse. She was a Life long member of the Girl Scouts of America and was a volunteer for many years with the Charlotte County Public school system.
She is survived by her step-son, Arthur (Dorothy) Biggs of North Augustus, SC; brother, William Vanderbeck of Peapack, NJ; four grandchildren, Barrett and Bryan Biggs and Elizabeth and William Karlick; four step- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Kenny".
Inurnment will be at a later date in Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte.
