He was born June 23, 1934 in Painesville, Ohio to Milton & Clara Kidd.
Carroll was a combat medic in the US Army from 1952 to
1955 during the Korean Conflict. Carroll was an electrician with Van Dorn Plastics in Cleveland, Ohio for 23 years, he retired from Pet Processors
in Painesville, Ohio in 2002.
Carroll was an active member of: Englewood Masonic Lodge #360, Englewood United Methodist Church, George A. Holly Lodge #745,
American Legion Post #113 of Rotonda West, Life member of
DAV Chapter #82, Viet Now First Florida Chapter and a friend
of Bill W for 42 years.
Carroll will be greatly missed by his wife of 52 years Alice L, daughters Glenda Adolf, Jr. Sammet, Englewood, Florida and Janet Roberts, Mentor, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Tanya and Ashley Roberts, Eric and Nicholas Sammet; one great grandson, Gavin Quigney and many nieces and nephews.
