Clifford C. Anthony passed away August 31, 2014, in Englewood, Florida. Born August 19, 1931 to Richard and Irene Anthony in Midland, Michigan, he married Ann "Lori" Methner on July 24, 1952. He is survived by his wife, daughter Julie of Englewood, sons Michael of Englewood, and Eric (Diane) of Aurora, Colorado, brother Richard (Barbara) of Spring Lake, Michigan, grandchildren Nick Weber and Heidi Anthony, and many loving nieces and nephews, and unofficially adopted son, Wayne Peterson.
Cliff served in the U.S Army from 1952 to 1954, and retired from Dow Chemical Company as a refrigeration journeyman 1986. He had a passion for cooking and loved playing and singing bluegrass music. He enjoyed shooting trap and sporting clays. While his later years were plagued with poor health, he was still full of the wit and charm that endeared him to those who knew him.
