Donald T. Kenney, 84, of Englewood, Florida died January 15, 2008. He was born December 7, 1923 in Everett, Massachusetts to George F. and Leona W. Trenholm Kenney.

He moved to the Englewood area in 1984 from Townsend, Massachusetts. He was a retired U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

He was a member of the Englewood United Methodist Church and he was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Englewood for many years. He was also a life member of the V.F.W. Post #10476 in Rotonda West, Florida.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Norma L. Kenney of Englewood; his sons, George F. Wanda Kenney of Venice, Florida and Dale L. Sheryl Kenney of Temple, New Hampshire; his twin sister, Dora M. Bushway of Englewood and 3 grandchildren, Tyler Kenney, Brent and Craig Wieschhorster.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 21, 2008 at the Englewood United Methodist Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
