Dr. Gordon Bennett Scott, 89, of Venice, died February 26, 2011. The son of Matthew and Carrie (Bennett) Scott, he was born May 16, 1921 in Danbury, CT. For many years he was a practicing Podiatrist and served honorably in the US Navy, during WWII.
Predeceased by his wife Mary, he is survived by his children Craig Scott and his wife Cheryl of Venice, Gordon Scott and his wife Nancy of Houston, TX, Kathy Heininger of Morrison, CO; his brother Winfield Scott, three step-children, Linda, Carol, William and four grandchildren.
