Elizabeth Helene Bizdikian

Elizabeth H. Bizdikian, 86 years old of North Port, FL, passed away on 5/17/2025. Born, 7/10/1938, in Philadelphia, PA to Armenag and Elizabeth Sahagian. They moved to Florida in 1977. She worked for Bell Telephone, Sears & Roebuck, Belgian Bakery, Kmart and Bealls Department Stores.

Helene, graduated from John Bartram High School in 1956 and loved art class, free hand sketching, painting, laughing, comedy love stories, John Wayne movies, Abbott and Costello and her true love, George Bizdikian.

She was preceded in death, George A. Bizdikian (husband), Jack and Joan Sahagian (brother/sister-in-law), Ann and Joe Gagliardi (Sister/brother-in-law), Gary & Pat Bizdikian (brother in law/sister in law), Zarouhi Bizdikian (sister in law) Elizabeth & Armenag Sahagian (parents), Steven A. Bizdikian (Grandson).

She is survived by, 3 children (Elizabeth Wescott, Dtr/Harold Wescott), (Stephen Bizdikian, Son/Lisa Bizdikian), (Theresa Bizdikian-Campbell, Dtr/Steven Campbell) 3 Grandchildren (Stephanie McDermott, Christopher Wescott & Tyler Bizdikian), 2 Step Grandchildren (Justin Campbell, Jake Campbell) 7 Great Grandchildren (Peyton, Khalyb, Breelann, Rebecca, Harleigh, Makena and Kade.

Visitation will be located at Kays Ponger, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 on 5/30/2025 from 11:00 A.M. -12:30 P.M.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Church 21505 Augusta Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952 on 5/30/2025 from 1:00-2:00 P.M.

Committal Service will be located at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 1380 Forrest Nelson Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 from 2:30-3:00 P.M.

Celebration of Life, Family Church of Port Charlotte, 20035 Quesada Ave, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 from 3:00-5:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers we are collecting for a headstone for our mom. Please make checks payable to Theresa Bizdikian.
