Ethel was born on June 6, 1923 in Jersey City, New Jersey, she lived with her husband, Anthony "Sonny" Papaleo in Montclair and Verona, New Jersey. Ethel was employed by the Bell System in New Jersey, R. A.Mc Donough Tire and Rubber Company and Hartwyck West in Cedar Grove,New Jersey. She moved to Florida in 1990 with her sisters, Ruth Davis and June Hallet. She accumulated over 10,000 volunteer hours of service at Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte, Florida. Ethel was a veteran of WW-II, US Navy. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen M. Papaleo of Lake Suzy, Florida, her nephews and nieces, Anthony and (Marge) Andolino , Ralph (Gail) Sandola,Stephen (Kathy) Papaleo, Lois (Victor) Galgano and Lawrence (Linda) Papaleo..A memorial service will be held in New Jersey at a later date for family and friends.
