He was born on February 25, 1948, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to parents Alberta and Franklin Dean II. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1967 to 1973, aboard the U.S.S. Charleston. Frank was a master technician for Jaguar Motors for many years and enjoyed auto racing, music, reading, history, and trains.
He is survived by his daughters Helena Dean and Katie Dean, stepdaughter Kimberlee Grimes, and grandson Logan Ferguson.
Frank will be buried in Sarasota National Cemetery on Friday, March 14, at 11:30 a.m.
