Gerald was born on March 28, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan and came to Port Charlotte, Florida 8 years ago from there. Gerald was a mechanic for Waste Management of Charlotte County, and was of the protestant faith.
Survivors include his wife Belinda Kae Hall of Port Charlotte, Florida; 3 sons, Gerald Hall Jr. and Alonzo James Hall both of Detroit, Michigan and Ezra Michael Hall of Port Charlotte, Florida; 1 step-son, Robert Gibson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 3 daughters, Lelani Dorfman of Arcadia, Florida, Cassandra Marie Dorfman of Port Charlotte, Florida and Jada Kae Hall of Port Charlotte, Florida and 5 grandchildren.
Visitation Wednesday, July 8, 2009 from 5:00 P.M. until service time at 7:00 P.M. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida. Additional services and burial will be in Detroit, Michigan. Arrangements by Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chaprl.
