We used to call Jack (Jack Jack) from the incredibles, and he lived up to that name with ease.He put up an incredible fight, was an incredible man, poker player and I'm sure husband and father, and he will be missed incredibley by everyone who had the privelige to know him.

Jack was a wonderful man.  Always pleasant even when he was not feeling well.  Always a smile.  We will always remember him and his kindness and being a fighter against a terrible disease.  Rest in peace!
