Joseph Francis Stewart, 54, of Venice, FL passed away suddenly but peacefully, on Saturday, January 3, 2015. He was born September 15, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA to Gilbert and Mae Stewart. He was raised in Williamstown, NJ and spent most of his life living in Southern NJ, New Hampshire, and Florida. He had a tremendous love for the ocean, and could often be found with a fishing pole in-hand. His father proudly passed along his appreciation for the sea to Joe. He devotedly loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughters Victoria (Thomas) Clarke and Megan Miller, grandchildren, Angel, Lilian, Genevieve, and Paige, step-children Bryan and Erin Monroe, mother Mae, sister Mae Horney, brothers, Gilbert (Lucille), Michael (Gloria), James (Brenda), and Thomas, many nieces and nephews and many friends in many places. He is predeceased by his father.
