This took me awhile to do; mostly because putting together some words to describe knowing him is difficult. He was always there.. Someone I thought of first when I had good or bad news. Someone I saw as strong, gentle, funny, a role model and most of all one of the greatest men in my life. I can only hope to be as great of a person as my pops was. I will always strive to keep him proud as this was so important to me growing up. You'll never be forgotten and your stories and memories will be talked about always. The impression he left on my life is nothing short of a privilege.

My father was one of the kindest, most fun loving, hard working, well loved and respected men I know.  I am so proud of all that he was.  He was an amazing father and grandfather.  He loved all his siblings, children, grand children, great grandchildren and his "woman" Barb.  He was very proud of each and every family member. He had a very good life and lived to the fullest! He will stay in our hearts forever.  

I'm missing you Lloyd, I remember fishing with You guys in Victoria with Barb, Uncle Don and Aunt Saundra.
I thought of Lloyd as an Uncle like Uncle Don. When I was young I loved to hear about  Lloyd and Uncle Dons hunting Stories. I really looked up to Lloyd. I 'm sending love and prayers to your family Barb. RIP Lloyd. Hugs Shawn

I knew Lloyd as a child and was lucky enough to call him Father-in-Law for some years.  Mostly, he was like a father to me and I loved him as such. He taught me many of life's lessons. He gave me the gift of his time when it was needed.  I have a wonderful daughter (granddaughter to Lloyd) and grandon (great grandson) who will always remember him. He was a good man through and through. My condolences to Michael Barb, Sandi, Darrin and all of the family.

No words could ever express the sorrow Ted and I feel on Lloyd's passing.  He was an extraordinary human being.  It did not matter whether he was hunting with Ted, Sarge, Spook, Bonnie & Clyde, or calling on accounts or working seminars for Crosman, or when he and Barb were sharing meals with us - most recently for breakfast at Jan's place in Florida - he was always fully engaged with you.  I remember always that when Ted was in the hospital for months Lloyd called every day to touch base and give him words of encouragement.  He was a true gentleman, and a gentle man.  He had a way of putting people at ease in every situation - he never knew a stranger.  We are so fortunate to have had Lloyd & Barb as our dearest friends.   We even had the privilege of introducing them to each other!  What a lucky dinner party that was.  Barb, this is heartwrenching, but know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.  We extend our deepest sympathy to you, Nancy,  and all Lloyd's wonderful family.  He loved you all so deeply.  Our loss is heaven's gain.  Lloyd's life will forever be remembered by all who loved him.  He was the greatest friend and we mourn his loss.  Love, Ted & Maureen 

We are so going to miss our dear cousin { cuz }. I think o f all the great times we had. Bird hunting with Sarge in NY, deer hunting with the guys in Canada. When we were young and I  thought of Lloyd as a big brother. So sad for you Barb. Love Donnie & Saundra.

Lloyd was the sweetest, kindest and most generous person I have ever known. He embraced Barb and her entire family and dedicated his life to everyone's happiness. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and those he touched in life. Your life may have been shortened sooner than we would have wished, but your imprint on us will live forever.
