Marie Bell Longo, 54, of North Port, Florida, died August 23, 2008. She was born September 14, 1953 in Newton, Iowa to Walter R. and Marian L. Grace Bell.
Marie moved to the North Port area in 2006 from Lexington, Kentucky. She was a Homemaker and a Baptist, she was also a Life Member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her Husband of 20 years, Joseph W. Longo, her son, Joey Longo and her father, Walter R. Bell all of North Port; her brother, William James Bell of Lexington, Kentucky. She was predeceased by her brother, Walter R. Bell, II.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday August 27, from noon to 1:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow at Lemon Bay Funeral Home Englewood Chapel. Burial will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Park of Englewood.
