Terrance L. Genin, 66 of Englewood passed away on June 25, 2014 at Tidewell Hospice in Venice. He was born on October 30, 1947 in St. Paul. MN and came to this area in 1988 from Forest Lake, MN. He was retired from Englewood Water District. He was a member of the VFW Post #10178 and the Eagles #3885 both in Englewood. He was a Veteran of Vietnam serving in the U.S. Navy and was honored to receive a Purple Heart.
He is survived by his loving wife and best buddy, Kathleen (Muskrat); sister Debbie (Arden) Berge, Parents, Gene & Arlys Genin , brother in-law, Ed (Liela)Sevcik, many relative and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
Donations may be made to Suncoast Humane Society, 6781 San Casa Dr. Englewood, Florida 34224. A Celebration of Life service will be held July 19, 2014 at 12:00 noon at the VFW Post in Englewood. Lemon Bay Funeral Home & Cremation Service are in charge of cremation arrangements.
