Paul Allen Mack, 87, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away Friday July 29, 2011. He was born November 30, 1923 in Wheeling, WV to Carl and Verda Mack. Paul retired from the United States Air Force after serving his country for 24 years. He then worked for Moss Brothers and H&R Block as a tax accountant.
He is survived by his three daughters, Paula (John) Bird; Martha (Joseph) Cochran and Dianna (Bob) Bivins; his former wife and friend, Bernetta (Bud) McFadden; a sister, Emmabelle Gillaspie; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Cora, a brother, Carl and his son, Donald.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm, Monday August 1, 2011 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Homes & Cre4mation Services, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte. The Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. A private burial will take place at the Hillsborough Memorial Gardens in Brandon, FL.
