Peter L. Holt, 65, of Port Charlotte, Florida, died Sunday, October 21, 2007.
He was born April 16 1942 in Niagra Falls, New York to Frank and Doris Wallace Holt. He grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania and graduated from Allegheny College in 1964. He became a Captain in the Air Force for 10 years before marrying Betsy Statton in Florida. They then moved to Oregon where he became an avid hunter and fisherman. He retired in 1999 as a computer programmer from the state of Oregon and in 2001 moved to Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Betsy of Port Charlotte and his sister Susan Harkna of Glenview, Illinois and her 2 daughters Britt and Kristen. He predeceased by his parents Frank and Doris Holt.
The family is having a gathering of remembrance at their home at 5117 Latham Terrace, Port Charlotte, Florida 33981 Gulf Cove on November 3, 2007 at 3:00 p.m.
