Warren "Pete" Wilson, 77 of Venice, Florida formerly of Largo, Florida and Kearny, New Jersey died Monday December 10, 2012 at Venice Regional Medical Center. Mr. Wilson was born August 31, 1935 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Brooks and Marion (Van Dyke) Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a retired fireman from the Town of Kearny Fire Department in Kearny, New Jersey. He volunteered at St. Francis Animal Rescue and Spanish Point. He was a veteran serving with the U. S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Helen of Venice; sons, James of Nevada and Robert of New Jersey; 2 grandchildren, Patrick and Kimberly.
