He worked and lived in the Englewood area since the age of 6. Working as computer programmer in his early days at Vinyl Tech. Most recently he worked at Lake Venice Golf and Country club as a small engine mechanic.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Louise Bedell. He is survived by his wife, Darlene; three daughters, Alice, Mandy and Janet; sister, Arlene; two grandsons, Nathan and Sean; along with many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is being planned for Oct 22nd at Lemon Bay Park in Englewood at 11am.
