Following his military service, he embarked on a career in law enforcement, becoming a respected New York state trooper for Troop F in Middletown, NY. His keen sense of justice and unwavering integrity led him to retire as an investigator, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and honor.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Bill channeled his entrepreneurial spirit into founding Water Willies, a rafting company on the Delaware River in Port Jervis, NY. His love for the outdoors and his community was evident in every aspect of his business, creating memorable experiences for all who joined him on the river.
Bill's commitment to service extended beyond his professional life. He was an active member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge, contributing to the camaraderie and community service that these organizations are known for.
