She was born on November 14, 1930 in Crawfordville, Florida to William J. Harvey and Lettie L. Laird Harvey. She came to Punta Gorda, Florida from Crawfordville, Florida, and after spending 47 years in Punta Gorda, she moved to Anderson, South Carolina. She was a Dietary Aide and was employed at Life Care of Punta Gorda, before her retirement.
Survivors include her 3 daughters, Charlene (David) Koon of Winter Haven, Florida, Diane (Bill) Bumgardner of Anderson, South Carolina and Joan M. (Doug) Victor of Punta Gorda, Florida, .She is also survived by her sister, Ida Lee Moates of Pell City, Alabama, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
