

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father “Glenn" who was born Feb 1st, 1928, in his family home close to Windthorst Saskatchewan. The lord took him home on May 18th 2025 at the age of 97. He will be sadly missed by his children Diane, Wendy (Doug) and Dave(Caroline). As well as his grandchildren Jennifer, Sara,Rosalind (Tom) and Nicole (Mark) And his great grandchildren Jadynne, Reilly, Daphne, and Katrina.
Glenn was predeceased by his wife Dorothy(Dot) his parents Jonas and Dorothy and his brothers Bill and Stan.
He is survived by one brother Donald.
Glenn served in the navy from 1946 to 1951 . He married Dorothy "Dot” in 1948. Diane was born in 1950,followed by Wendy in 1954 and David in 1962. Glenn was an honest and hard-working man and built a career in Industrial Sales. He retired in 1989. Glenn enjoyed traveling and going to his cabin in Sumas Washington with his friend and companion Linda for many years until she passed in 2015.
Glenn sold his home in Coquitlam in 2018 and moved into Mayfair Terrace in Port Coquitlam. Glenn charmed all the staff and residents with his charisma, sense of humor and infectious, genuine smile. He often spoke kindly of the care aids and they always spoke very highly of him as well.
Glenn will be lovingly remembered by all of his family as the kindest, most positive man you have ever met. No matter how difficult the day's became his answer to the question, how are you doing today dad? Oh pretty good, pretty good. Never a complaint or a worry in the world.
