Karin passed away peacefully on June 4, 2015 after her short battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 21, 1952 in Belfast, Ireland moved to Toronto, Ontario at the age of 2 with her parents, Dorothy and James Steele and older brother Alan. At the age of 17, Karin moved to BC with her parents and sisters, Cathy and Donna. Karin leaves behind her husband Michael, sons Kevin (Amanda), Ryan(Tiana), Tim (Andrea), Aaron (Katrina) her adoring grandchildren Kaden, Rylan, Lynden, Lowen, Kolsten, Emma, Ethan, Martina and Ariaha. She also leaves her Brother Alan (Sandy), Sisters Cathy (Garry), Donna (Steve) and her father James (Anna). She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club, 3251 Plateau Blvd., Coquitlam, on Monday, June 15 at 2pm.
