Phyllis Anne Jervis

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Phyllis Anne Jervis (nee Kay), age 94, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Thomas Frederick (Fred), the family takes great comfort in knowing they have been reunited. Phyllis enjoyed the social scene and always loved a great party with her family and many friends. A talented pianist, Phyllis took delight in entertaining the crowd every chance she could get. No piano in her presence was ever left untouched! Those who were fortunate enough to hear her play undoubtedly know what an amazing talent she was. Phyllis was a devoted mother to Jim, Ron (Tania), Heather McLellan (Bob) & Louise Wylie (David). She was a proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy Miller and lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Ridge Meadows hospital. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to a charity of your choice.

A celebration of life will be held at First Memorial Burkeview Chapel on July 9th at 12:00 pm.
