Rita was born in Regina SK on October 30th 1929 to parents Karl and Olga Schmidt and had eight siblings, Annette, Anton, Edward, Joanell, Rosemarie, Edith, Gordon and Diane. Rita is survived by her four loving children Randy , Roxan , Ron and Robert , her grandchildren Lentina, Sarah, Devin, and great grandchildren Mateo, Carter, Julia, and Austin and all related family members and friend's.
Rita was a beautiful kind loving person with a tremendous, energy, passion and love for life, who enjoyed Travel ,cross country skiing and walking on the beach. She will be dearly missed as a loving sweet mother and grandmother.
Rita's wishes were to be cremated. No services will be held. She was a very special person. God bless her. Heaven has a new angel
