Jacqueline E. Collins

Jacqueline E. “Jackie” Collins of Windsor was reunited with her beloved husband Harry on January 10, 2018 from the comfort of her own home. Jackie is survived by her children, Skip & Colleen, Jody & Jeff Chase, Scott & Jean, Danielle, Chris & Jessica, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, brother, David & Sandy Smith and sister, Geraldine & Al Cappucci also several nieces and nephews. Jackie was a retired nurse from the Windsor Central Schools and had worked at the three area hospital prior. Jackie and Harry had moved after retirement to Bath, N. C. where they spent 20 years building enduring friendships that last to this day. Jackie also became a real estate agent there. She spent many years as a devoted caregiver to Harry. She also loved gardening and bird watching. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of service. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jackie’s name to either Mercy House of the Southern Tier or the charity of your choice. The family would like to thank Lourdes Oncology, the UHS nurses, the care givers and special friend Judy Adams who helped them through this difficult time.
