Jean H. Breuche

Hazel Jean Breuche, 95, beloved Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma, died on August 1, 2016. She resided at White Birch Lake, Windsor & Hollywood, FL, formerly of Vestal. She was predeceased by her husband, Hughie Breuche; son, Hughie T Breuche; son-in-law, Thomas J. Kristof Sr.; infant grandson, Joseph W. Kristof; 5 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by a daughter, Janet Kristof Irons & son-in-law, Harold B. Irons; 3 grandsons, Thomas Jr. (Laurie), Trevor and Troy (Carli) Kristof; Granddaughters, Sheri and Kristen; step-grandchildren, David & Renee Irons, Diane and Marty Hammersley; great-grandchildren, Kody, Brooke, Ryan and Charles Kristof, Hannah and Byron Cressman, Tyler Kostun, Alyssa, Emily and Joshua Irons, Danielle and Liam Hammersley; many nieces and nephews. Jean as she was called by friends was a member of the Windsor Presbyterian Church for many years. She was a member of the Helen Scott Circle. and she was a 50 years member and past matron of Windsor Chapter #190 Order of the Eastern Star. She was a hairdresser and owned and operated her own shop in Vestal for many years. She was an avid hunter and fisherman. The family extends a thanks to Susquehanna Nursing and Rehab Center 3rd floor staff especially Mary and Jamie, also Dawn and Kathleen for their loving care of Jean. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Windsor Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of service Saturday at the church.
