Gone but not forgotten RIP JEFF, I Miss you Bud

Today marks 2 years since you've been gone.  I think of you every day and hope that you know how much I miss you.  Sending my Love to you in Heaven today and every day.

This a spot where Jeff would go early mornings before his work/job. This where he planned his day. And "thought about life. " So, He said to me so often. Jeff rode off into the sunset 2 years ago today.  R.I.P.  and may the light of God shine upon your soul Soulsie.

I woke up just hours ago thinking about Jeff and our nearly daily contact. 
Just two years ago yesterday Jeff made it possible for our family to bury our daughter in Law Michele Evans in Evergreen. It was cold and lots of snow day. Within minutes of my phone call to Jeff he had plows out making it possible. It is nearly impossible for me to think that Michele and Jeff are both gone. But neither one will ever not have my thoughts and prayers every day the rest of my life.  RIP

Denise & family, I am so sorry for your loss! I don't see the Binghamton papers, so I missed until now. Jeff was a bear of a man, but still a softie. 
I was just telling a Jeff (and Jimmy DeVita) story last week about the time Jeff's truck got rear ended and the cab exploded with shrapnel ie: clipboards, pens, wrenches, and coffee cups!

Knowing Jeff since his first day on the Job in Owego . He certainly had a balancing  act to preform every day after that . He had to make the Village board happy along with all the sub boards, special project committees, his employees , Fire Department ,Police dept. Fire department , Code Enforcement , Not to mention to stay within the Budget .  
It was obvious to me in that it was all taking its toll on Jeff. He was so looking forward to retirement in just two short years,
He recently told me that he would arrive in Owego early in the morning (dark ) and would go down by the confluence of the Owego creek and the Susquehanna  River to figure out his balancing act  (plan) for the day . 
Jeff may you SOAR with the Eagles that you watched at sunrise from the Confluence of the Creek and the River . 
Keep an EAGLES EYE on the Village and HER residents .

My husband and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies and prayers. He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

A truly great husband, father, and grandfather, who will be missed dearly by his immediate and extended families and good friends.  RIP, Jeff.

Jeff gave me my first job working on the Cemetery Crew when I first moved to Owego. The rest is history.  He was one of the first here in the village to believe in me. He's done so much to reach out to people, even some who don't even know it. He will definitely be missed,  but never forgotten. 

Absolutely heartbreaking. Have some great memories of Jeff. Will never forget his smiling face! May God bless Jeff and hold him in the palm of His hand.

Trying to put into words how very much you meant to me, is proving to be the hardest thing for me to do right now.  I'm struggling with why you were taken, why you?   You were and will always be the most amazing, caring man I know.  No matter what the  time, no matter what day it was and no matter what you were doing, if you were needed, you would be there without question.  I was so lucky to have you in my life and as the Best Brother-in-Law I could have ever hoped for.  You will always be in my heart.  I Love You and I miss you....RIP

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Golfing with Jeff and Uncle Tony back in the 80's are my fondest memories.  Jeff looked over the Village of Owego so well. You would always see him driving around the Village first thing in the morning looking to see what was needed. He did a good job. He will be missed. 

The best uncle I could have!! He was alway there sporting events, birthdays, and tiger scouts! I moved away but came home to play  hockey in H4H and he was always there to watch me play.   I remember him grocery shopping with us and he threw all sorts of stuff in the cart and I do this still.  Sorry we didn’t get more time together. Jenise and Sarah I got the watch. You will always be in my heart. I love you Uncle Jeff 

Jeff will be dearly missed - he was just a fantastic guy and a real asset to the Owego community.  I will keep him and the family in my prayers.

We are saddened to learn of Jeff's passing. The Tioga County Fair Board is thankful for all of Jeff's help over the years.  He was instrumental in our success year after year after year.  What a fine gentleman and a really great guy!  He will be terribly missed by the entire Owego community.  Sending heartfelt  sympathy to Denise and the entire family.

I’ve known Jeff for 27 years and he’s always was there to talk to about anything  . Was great boss and friend, loved his wife, children ,grandchildren and his animals. He was always talking about one of them. He will be surely missed and always remembered . Thanks for being there and having my back . Until we meet again .   ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
