

John Edgar Fuller"Santa Johnnie"Nov 25, 1951 - May 18, 2015 John E. Fuller of Hillcrest, NY, was called home to our Lord on Monday, May 18th at the age of 63. He was predeceased by his parents, Helen and Herb, brother, David Fuller, loving son, Dean Michael Knapp-Fuller. He is survived by his loving bride of 19 years, Barbara Lynn Dascano Fuller (Bobbie), brother, Robert and Carol, sister-in-law, Judy, and several nieces and nephews. John was most recently employed at the BOCES West Learning Center and CHOW. He attended Monroe Community College and went on to enjoy careers in music sales, retail, and telecommunications installation. His greatest fulfillment came from his ministries, his music, and bringing joy, love, laughter, and cheer to children and adults alike as Santa during the Christmas season. John had a deep passion for music. As an accomplished musician, he played several instruments and was involved with numerous bands throughout the years. He played locally and traveled to Nashville and Texas to perform. As a prolific songwriter, John wrote and produced his own music and published his works on the Internet. He was a mentor to young people who had the desire to learn how to play and enjoy an instrument. John will be sadly missed by all his family and friends and is especially being missed by his two, adoring springer spaniels, Blue and Brodie. Family and friends are invited to call at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, NY 13901 on Thursday from 11am-12 noon. Burial will follow at the Chenango Valley Cemetery. Johnnie...
