Lucinda A. Hotaling, 61, of Binghamton, passed away on November 8, 2020. She was predeceased by her father, Harold Dingman, four children, son, Jacob, twin daughters, Jean & Marie and a third daughter that was called home too soon to be named also a brother-in-law, Ed David, niece, Theresia. Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Edward, mother, Sandra Dingman, sisters, Melinda Matthews, Sandra & Dan David and Candace David, nieces and nephews, Casey, April, Ben, Katey, Shannon, Danelle, Timmy, Cassandra, Adam, Erica, Robert, Bridget, Eva and Leah, brothers-in-law, Charles & Melody Hotaling and David & Debra Hotaling. Cindy worked for Commuter Airlines then Miller Aviation and also Amphenol. Cindy was also the Co-Owner of Hotaling Signs. She and Ed were members of and she was the secretary of the Whitney Point Sportsman Club Association. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 starting at 4PM at the Whitney Point Sportsman’s Association on Route 206 in Whitney Point.
