Binghamton: Richard E. Ryan, 71, went peacefully to rest on July 5, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Leslie C. and Marion (Warren) Ryan. He is survived by his loving wife Fay; his sister, Virginia Matousek; his stepchildren, Dan, Rob, Vince, Ellen, and Mike; his daughters, Kris and Karrie; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his brother in law, Allen; his sister in law, Roxie and Tom Singer; as well as many nieces and nephews. Dick retired from Olum's after many years of service. He was a fighter who never wanted to give up. He loved life and will be dearly missed. At Dick's request, services will be held privately. He will be laid to rest at Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
