Robb Bartlett Lundvall, born in Binghamton, NY on October 8, 1975, beloved son, brother and friend, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Binghamton on August 2, 2012. Robb attended Chenango Valley High School, where he won many athletic awards in baseball and basketball, and Broome Community College. In recent years, he was a trusted and capable installer of flooring of all kinds. He is survived by his mother, Judith Stewart Lundvall of Binghamton; and brother, David Stewart Lundvall of San Francisco, both of whom he adored, and in addition his aunt and uncle Carol and Gil Schneidewind of Brunswick, Maine, and numerous cousins. Robb also leaves his love Mindy Smith and "best buddy" young Payson Smith. All will miss him greatly. Robb will always be remembered for his beautiful smile, great sense of humor and his sweet, quiet and caring ways. He loved the game of golf, and it is thought by those who knew him well that Robb is probably playing 18 holes somewhere right now. A Memorial Service will be held at the Chenango Bridge United Methodist Church, 740 River Road, Monday, August 6th at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. At a later date, Robb's ashes will be interred with those of his grandparents, Fred and Doris Stewart, in a Memorial Garden in Brunswick, Maine. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make a memorial donation in Robb's name to Animal Care Council, 131 Washington Ave., Endicott, NY 13760. Robb loved animals of all kinds, especially turtles.
