Anne B. McCarthy

Anne B. McCarthy, age 88, of Mount Sinai, NY (lovingly known to family and friends as "Nan") passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022. She was retired from Stony Brook University. Beloved wife of 62 years to Patrick. Loving mother of Brian and his wife Beth, Patrick and his wife Tara, Kevin, Stephen and the late Mary. Cherished Grandma of Shannon, Keri, Kelsey, Patrick, Brendan and Aidan. Dear sister of the late John, The late Michael, Harry, Maura, Desmond and Cathy.

A visitation for Anne will be held at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776 on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur at St. Gerard Majella RC Church, 300 Terryville Road, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776 onFriday, December 30, 2022at 10:00 AM. A committal service will occur at Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735 on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 12:15 PM.
