2 years and not a day goes by I don't think of you..I miss you Dad so so much. Watch over Mom my angel.

1 year ago...I can't believe it. I think of my Dad every single day. I miss him so much but I know he's in a better place. I wish I could turn back time and have the healthy Dad we all know and love here with us. Mom needs you so much right now..May God give us the strength.

My dear cousin Eddie was a very gentle soul. The world became more gracious, and slightly lighter in tone whatever else might be going on,  in  his presence. I was always the youngest, by several years,  of the grandchildren in the Filardi family growing up,  Eddie went out of his way to make sure I never felt excluded as a child surrounded by older kids at family gatherings. .It was just his way. That spirit in him never changed. My my thoughts go out now to those who shared this world with him on a daily basis. You were always in his heart, as he now remains in yours,

Visiting Will and family in Chambersburg, PA

I knew him as "Uncle Eddie," and as my father's best friend. He was my godfather and never failed to send me a birthday wish after my father died, as long as he could. I will always remember that. What a kind soul.  I am sorry for your loss. For as much as I knew of him, and everything my father told me about him, he was a great, funny, intelligent man, full of life. 

Thank you, Uncle Eddie, for all those birthday wishes I couldn't get from my dad after he died. He would be pleased. Maybe you are with him now, somewhere; the "good ol', no goods" getting back together.
