Geoffrey George Hart Jr. of Lake Grove, New York, passed away at age 78 on August 25, 2014. Geoffrey was a USAF Veteran and was retired from the NYPD. Post retirement, he worked for the North Shore Animal League. Geoffrey was born in Brooklyn, NY February 22, 1936 to Geoffrey and Lillian Hart and was a life-long resident of New York. Geoffrey was preceded in death by his sister Sonya Delgado and is survived by his aunt Carmen Piniero, sister Carmen Regina and her husband Frank, cousin Hilda Knowles, nieces Lisa Serradilla, Toni Faux, Michele Delgado, nephew Frank Regina, Jr. Geoffrey will be missed by his Godson Anthony Cammoraro, his friend of 60 years Gary and wife Mary, Joe O'Shea, Joe and Alice and John Fazio, Laurie, Tina and many many more friends. A niche committal service for his remains will take place at Long Island National Cemetery in E. Farmingdale, New York on Friday, September 19, 2014, 1PM.
