Beloved wife of the late James E. Loving mother of Charleene McGrath, Christine Gray (Leon) and Brian McGrath (Jodi Cohn). Cherished grandmother of Maria, Willie, Michael, Karissa (John Stendrini), Joshua, Jordan, Amber and the late Joseph. Adored great grandmother of Dovie, Mavis, Gabriella and Kareen. Dear sister of Morris LaMont, Margaret Little, Jim LaMont, Floyd LaMont, Orson LaMont, Willard LaMont, Marion LaMont, John LaMont, Eleanor Foland, Lucy Folland and Marleen Rollison. Joan is also predeceased by her parents, DeForest and Martha LaMont.
A visitation for Joan will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 9-10 AM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Closing prayer at 10 AM. Committal service and interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
