Putnam, Mary Frances on October 30, 2016 of Charleston, SC. Formerly of Port Jefferson Station, NY. Beloved wife of the late Thomas N. Loving mother of Linda F. Zinna, Elizabeth P. Hansen, Josephine P. Maggio and the late John W. Putnam. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Michael T., Nicole, Melissa, David and Matthew. Mary was a retired reading teacher for the Comsewogue School District. She spent her free time with her family and friends, reading, playing bridge, swimming, gardening, traveling and playing many other games. She will be missed dearly by her entire family and the many friends she has made throughout her lifetime. Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes 4839 Nesconset Hwy, Port Jefferson Station, LI. Visitation on Thursday from 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Friday morning at Infant Jesus R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
