Don Wayne Justice

Don Wayne Justice 70 of Port Lavaca passed away March 12, 2013. He was born July 20, 1942 in Woodlake, Texas to the late Joseph C. and Carrie A. Martin Justice. Don was retired from the Port Lavaca Police Dept. and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Port Lavaca.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Carlton Justice Jr and his grandson, Christopher Scott Stanfield.

He is survived by his wife Adiene Grace Justice; daughter, Carrie Justice Harlan; sons, Don Scott Justice, Matthew Todd Justice, Darrin Patrick Steinman (Connie) and David Scott Stanfield (Kim); 8 grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Richardson Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Port Lavaca. Burial will follow at the Port Lavaca Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joe Pena, John Schultz, Bruce Blevins, George Hernandez, Grover Grant and Greg Falcon. Honorary pallbearers will be all past and present members of the Port Lavaca Police Department.
