Seadrift- Floyd Cecil Raby 70 of Seadrift passed away July 28, 2015. He was born October 2, 1944 in Three Rivers, Texas to the late Harvey Cecil and Mary Alice Raby. He is survived by his daughters, Lori Raby Smith and husband Trey, and Liana Leah Raby Hall and husband Tim; sisters, Millie Leona Raby and Cecille Anice Raby; brothers, Harvey Cecil Raby and David Allen Raby; 4 grandchildren, Tyler Timothy Hall, Dylan Shay Hall, Hannah Elizabeth Hood and Jacob Scott Hood.Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the Seadrift Cemetery.
