Herman S. White, III

Herman “Herm” Sherwood White III passed away on July 5, 2019 at the age of 55. Born on June 10, 1964 in Charleroi, PA, Herm lived in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Virginia and California throughout his lifetime. Most recently though he moved to Port Orange, FL to be near his parents and his sister’s family.

Herm was a family man, a sports buff, a music aficionado, and shared a funny sense of humor.  He had a unique perspective on life, loved his family and was deeply religious.He was a fun-seeker and a good listener.

Herm was a devoted son, beloved brother, good father, faithful husband, and favorite uncle, and good friend to many. 

Herm is survived by his parents, Herman Jr. & Margaret "Marge" White; his siblings, Gertrude "Trudy" (Bill) Matthews, Cindy (Donno) White, and Cheri (Scott)Heatherington; his former  wife, Carolee White and their children, Danielle (Gene) Davis, Timothy (Kaitlin) White, Matthew (Sara) White, and Nicholas "Nick" White; grandson, Aaron Sebastian "Bash" Davis, and many adoring nieces and nephews.

A Private Graveside Service will be held Friday, July 12, 2019 at Woodland Cemetery, Port Orange FL with Rev. Jeffery Summers of New Hope Baptist Church officiating.
