He was preceded in death by his parents, Taylor and Mary Turner, and his brother, Bob Turner.
Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 32 years, Tonya Turner; daughter, Michelle (Mark) Miller; his sons, Gregg Witt and Jeremy (Kimberly) Witt; and his grandchildren, Devan Miller (Brett) Triantafilou and Kendall Miller. He was deeply proud to be a great-grandfather to Maxwell Triantafilou. Norm will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, and many lifelong friends.
Norm was a man of integrity, quiet strength, and deep loyalty. He was the proud owner of Vintage Painting in Port Orange since 1987 and a dedicated member of the Spruce Creek Country Club. Whether on the golf course or out on the lake, Norm found comfort in the simple joys of life. Above all, he treasured time spent with family — always showing up with a steady presence and a warm heart.
He was a loving husband, a proud father and grandfather, and truly the best son-in-law — a title he carried with quiet honor and unwavering care. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched with his kindness, work ethic, and genuine compassion.
A celebration of Norm’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made be made in Norman’s honor to autism awareness at autismcincy.org.
