Robert J. Gilmore of Port Orange passed away on June 13, 2011 at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach. He was 70 years old. Born in New Jersey, he was the son of the late Hervey and Jeannette Pickard Gilmore. Bob was an accomplished piano player. He loved going to Disney, St. Augustine, Atlantic City and Cherokee. He also loved animals, especially dogs. He was a professional trainer and breeder of Komondor and Puli. He is survived by his beloved wife Donna; daughter, Valerie Morley; son, John Henry; grandchildren, Candace and Steven Morley and Julia and John Henry III. Bob will be greatly missed by his family, many friends and neighbors.
