

A mass of Christian burial for Theresa Ann Skupski, who passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2011, will be 8:30 am on Friday, July 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4550 Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange, FL.
Mrs. Skupski was born in Duryea, Pennsylvania and moved to Port Orange, FL in 1980 from Buffalo, N.Y. She worked for the Y.W.C.A. in administration in Buffalo, N.Y. before she moved to Florida and became an Administrative Secretary for Cardiology Consultants, P.A. in Daytona Beach until her retirement in 1999. She also volunteered at the Rape Crisis Center, Daytona Beach. Mrs. Skupski was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Port Orange, FL and active in the Ladies Choir and the choir at St. Brendan's Catholic Church, Ormond Beach, FL. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading James Herriot books. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna Vanyo and brother, Charles Vanyo.
Mrs. Skupski leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 57 years, Frankie; four children, Linda Langan, Sandra Skupski, Frankie Skupski and John (Carole) Skupski; sister, Joanne Vanyo; brother, Ronald (Carol Lee) Vanyo; twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; twelve nieces; three nephews; eleven great nieces; ten great nephews; sister-in-law, Barbara Vanyo.
