Arthur graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and later earned his Master’s degree from the University of Miami. His career as a mechanical engineer with Pratt & Whitney spanned 35 years, during which he worked on some of the most advanced jet engines in the world. His ingenuity and dedication earned him a U.S. patent for a Cool Laser Assembly and Mounting Structure – a lasting testament to his skill and love for innovation.
Arthur is survived by his wife Lori; his children, Art (wife Vanessa), Denise (husband Lance), and Debbie; and many extended family members and dear friends. His legacy of kindness, humor, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
In his early years, Arthur was an avid scuba diver, exploring underwater worlds alongside his beloved wife, Lori. He was also a dedicated athlete, completing four full marathons. A passionate traveler, Arthur took 48 cruises over his lifetime, with Aruba holding a special place in his heart as his favorite island. In his later years, his passions shifted to golfing, relaxing at the beach, tending his garden, and reading – but his greatest joy was always spending time with family and friends.
Arthur was a man of quiet brilliance. His quick wit made him the life of many gatherings, and his sharp mind made him the teammate everyone wanted during trivia nights. He never complained, met life with steady grace, and found joy in life’s simple pleasures. A loving husband, father, and friend, he often surprised Lori with flowers or small thoughtful gestures, just to make her smile.
Deeply devoted to his Catholic faith, Arthur served for many years as an usher at Saint Bernadette’s Catholic Church and was a proud Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. His service was steady and humble, reflecting the values he lived by every day.
