Born on February 24, 1970, Brian was a man of unwavering faith, warmth, and devotion. He dedicated his life to his family, his work, and the countless friendships he nurtured along the way. He was most proud to be the beloved husband of Rosemary and the loving father of Zachary, roles he cherished above all else.

Brian was the treasured son of Ann Aleksinas, Albert Franks, step mother Linda Franks and a deeply loved brother to Teri Drake, Michael Franks, Mark Franks, Tracey Franks, Scott Franks, Ralph Pero, and Christina Pacheco. He was also a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
