

John Raymond Dinger, 58, of Port St. Lucie passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at St. Lucie Medical Center. John was born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. He had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past thirty years coming from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Marjorie Dinger; three sons, Brandon, Bradley and Brian Dinger all of Port St. Lucie, FL. John's passion in life was helping others before himself. He loved his job which led him to help others in his community. He took much pride in his career and in his family life. Sports was his other passion in life, along with coaching and mentoring his three sons in baseball and in life. He loved his hometown teams The Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. He passed on his love of sports to his family. He adored all types of music ranging from Doo-Wop, Rock, to modern day music. John always made the best out of every situation and had a fantastic sense of humor. He always knew how to make his family smile and comfort them. John never stopped teaching his three sons how to become better men and how to achieve the great heights that he saw in them. He was so proud of his family for sticking together no matter how hard the times were. His family cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for them and for all the love he gave/shown them too. We will never forget how amazing of a man, a husband and father he was to all of his family. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm -8:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2016 at Aycock FH-Byrd, Young & Prill Chapel, 1170 SE Bay shore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. A Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 am, Saturday, February, February 20, 2016 at St. Lucie Catholic Church, 280 SW Prima Vista Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
