I am so sorry for your loss. I was at Services last night and Joe's name was read before the Mourners Kaddish and I was shocked. My deepest sympathy to you, Seth and Mitchell. May Joe's memory be for a blessing.

      So much love is being sent to your family. I worked with Joe for many years and he was not only a great colleague but a dear friend. He had the biggest heart and had a gift of making people laugh. This news has truly saddened me and please know I’m keeping your entire family in my thoughts and prayers.

Joe went to college with my husband and myself. He was in our wedding 35 years ago as a groomsman. And even made my engagement ring. We reconnected after many years meeting his family when we moved to Valencia. He was a bright light and will be missed. May he rest in peace.

My dad was one of the kindest, nicest people I will ever know, I will never know how much he sacrificed so much to raise me and my brother, but I am forever grateful for it. He always put other people's needs above his own, just to make everyone else's life a little bit easier. So many days he came home utterly exhausted His guidance and presence helped shape me into the person I am today, and I am forever grateful for that

Thank you everyone who lit a candle on this page, shared a story, and shared photos. My family and I have been reading them all together and it means a lot that he touched so many lives and spread joy to all of you

Our beloved Joe, an amazing Person , Friend, and Leader.  We have no words to express how much we loved and will miss working with Joe here in West Palm Beach. It was a true honor to have known him. 
We are heartbroken at the thought of his passing. We have the nicest and loving memories of Joe , helping us warm our hearts. Our sincere condolences to Joe's Family, at this time. Prayers being sent!

Graduation from college. With Jeff Meyers, Joe Lugay, Marc Siebert and of course Joe.

I met Joe almost 20 years ago working with kay jewelers. I had never known that a boss could be so encouraging and just being there to listen to you. I never heard an unkind thing come out of his mouth. In the above picture was the first time I met the other half the small and mighty wife. And in true Joe fashion just listened to us as we all got a well earned vacation. Joe was always inspiring and will always continue to be a reminder in my heart.

My deepest condolences to the family of such a kind and thoughtful man! My heart hurts for all that knew and loved Joe. I had the opportunity to work alongside Joe during his Special Events for quite a few years and he always made us feel welcome and cared about! Truly a wonderful man. RIP My Friend. 🙏

Joe was the best district manager I have had the honor to work with. He was patient, led by example, and he always had a joke to crack. Thank you, Joe. May your light shine on us from above. God bless your family.
