A funeral service temple beth el for Victor will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at External Service Location, 551 SW Bethany Dr, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, followed by a committal service beth el memorial park from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
