

Scarborough Frank Edward Kinsman Jr. 54 loving and generous husband, father, stepfather, son, brother, uncle and respected builder, longtime resident of Scarborough passed away peacefully on Monday 2/22/16.
Eddie was born on May 25, 1961 in Scarborough the son of Frank Edward Kinsman Sr. of Scarborough and Sue Burnham also of Scarborough. Eddie attended Scarborough school systems. After High School he went on to become a Commercial Fisherman. Eddie became Captain of the Amie-Rae fishing vessel and as Captain of the Ami-Rae fishing vessel he fished off the coast of New England and his fishing expeditions extended to the waters of Alaska. After the birth of his son Eddie he continued to fish for a couple of years however, he decided to expand upon his creativity and entrepreneurship as a General Contractor and proud owner of Kinsman Konstruction. This allowed Eddie to be closer to home with his family. Eddies natural innate ability to design, craft and build custom homes for his customers was what set him apart from his fellow builders.
Eddie enjoyed attending cheering competitions, football games and wrestling matches/tournaments and several of his proudest moments were watching his son Eddie qualify for the state wrestling tournament and being accepted into Maine Maritime Academy in Castine ME. The Kinsman family have found memories of trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, camping trips, boating on Sebago Lake and cookouts with family and friends.
On July 21. 1995 Eddie married his true love Kimberly Frost and they were married at the Woodlands Country Club in Falmouth Maine. He is survived by his wife Kim, sons Devin and Eddie, daughter Kyley and her husband Scott Caldwell of NC, Mother Sue Burnham of Scarborough, father Frank Kinsman Sr of Scarborough, Grandmother Avis L. Thompson, sisters Jaica Kinsman of Portland, Daron Stryker and her husband Kris of Saco, Lisa Newcomb of Scarborough, Lindsay Lamb and her husband Michael of Windham, sister in-law Jennifer Caron of Gilford NH. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.

You are invited to visitation on Thursday 25th from 4:00 – 7:00pm at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St. Portland, ME. A Celebration of Life will be held at Blue Point Congregational Church, 236 Pine Point Rd, Scarborough ME at 1:00pm on Friday the 26th. Burial will be at a later date.
