Malcolm and his wife Shirley retired and spent 16 years in Cape Coral before coming back to Maine. He was a lifelong Mason at Masonic Lodge North Deering 183. He also served in the United States Air Force and Marine Reserves.
He was born in Portland, ME May 24, 1931 the son of Joseph H and Marion (Simmons) Michaud. Family members include his wife Shirley (Cooledge) Michaud, three children Cheryl and her husband Timothy Harris of Falmouth, ME, Linda and her husband Robert Caron of Falmouth, ME, and Kimberly and her husband Douglas Bonacum of Oakland, CA, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
